Sacred forests (Pavithra Vana)

KALPAVRIKSHA by EasyForest.

We basically plant five sacred forests.
Nakshatra Vana – Sacred trees related to one’s birth star.

Navagraha Vana – Sacred trees related to nine planets in Vedic astrology.

Panchabootha Vana – A sacred space for Lord Shiva, representing the balance of the five elements. Has sacred trees related to five elements of nature.

Panchavati Vana – Described by Bharadwaja Muni in the Ramayana, this forest is believed to be the abode of Lord Rama.

Sarvadhaara Vana – A sacred forest devoted to Sai Baba, featuring trees linked to birth stars, zodiac signs, and other astrological influences.

The vibrations of the trees are considered to be a powerful source of energy and it is believed that they can affect the environment and the people around them. They are considered to purify the air, increase positive vibrations, and balance the energy levels of the surrounding area.

Planting a sacred forest at an organization can have significant religious, cultural, and environmental advantages. It can provide a space for spiritual connection, serve as a symbol of important values, preserve cultural heritage, facilitate interfaith dialogue, and demonstrate environmental stewardship. By planting a sacred forest, the organization takes a positive step towards promoting religious diversity, environmental responsibility, and cultural preservation.
